The diet is the most common one, since the fast food chains were always cheaper than other restaurants or sources of food. The fast food may lead to excessive calorie intake and with the large portion sizes and increased energy density of food it increases the risk of obesity. 6The spread of fast food was also due to its brilliant advertising and marketing, so in the end, everyone could afford their products no matter what country they come from. The obesity epidemic is not restricted to industrialized societies; in developing countries, it is estimated that over 115 million people suffer from obesity-related problems.7Since the 1970s obesity almost tripled globally, the fast food chains traveled abroad and CocaCola was the first American company who entered communist China. Now it controls half of the Chinese drink market. From that moment Chine raised to 32% of chinese adults being obese. 8

Even though those are legitimist reasons for obesity, and being thin doesn’t mean being healthy, when it does come to a level of unhealthy gain and that begins affecting majorly the individual different measures have to be taken.
3. Poor diet
People these days can come to eat different foods or foods from “modern marks” and their diet gets affected by outside influence. An example could be MacDonald’s their food might taste good but eating it every day will become unhealthy and that can lead issues. A poor diet and bad food can bring unhealthy habits and bad digestion and decomposition of food in the body that can lead to gaining wait, oily skin, high blood pressure, congestive failure and high cholesterol. Bad foods can be unhealthy for both the body and mind. Different variants of products and foods can change the body, but it can come in either a positive or negative way. For example, when green apples are good for stomachache it is not a medically affirmed method of stopping stomachache, but it is known to help. So, eating some specific foods and staying away from others could help with a healthier diet. This can be hard to find what your body is missing and what it needs to get better.
